Who Motion carries
Motion is rated for one wheelchair user with an attendant, or two standing passengers.
A wheelchair user and attendant
One person in a wheelchair with an attendant, not exceeding the platform width and length, or the badged safe working load.
Two standing passengers
Two standing passengers within the safe working load. Do not carry more than two people at a time: passenger discomfort increases, and mobility aids such as sticks and frames need additional platform space.
Also suitable for equipment carried within the platform dimensions and the safe working load, securely contained on the platform.

Planning an installation
For convertors, bodybuilders and fleet engineers specifying Motion on a coach.
- Check the vehicle firstConfirm door aperture, floor height and residual vehicle payload before ordering.
- Prepare the mounting points5 mm mounting plates are required at the lift mounting points. Dimensions are available from PLS.
- Wire the interlocksThe convertor prepares the power supply and isolator wiring: park brake, cab switch and locker door.
- Install and commissionFit and commission in accordance with the PLS installation manual. The lift is then subject to LOLER thorough examination at the interval applicable to its use.
