DoorSafe Barrier
The PLS DoorSafe is a must-have item for any safety-conscious operator.
DoorSafe works alongside PLS lifts, improving safety by reducing the chance of occupants exiting the vehicle in an uncontrolled manner when the rear doors are open.
The horizontal arm will cover the rear door aperture whenever the lift is away from the vehicle floor. When the lift reaches the vehicle floor the DoorSafe arm will automatically lower to allow loading and unloading on the lift.
StopSafe
StopSafe is an easily deployed barrier that fits into the end of a PLS lift platform to provide maximum safety for lift users and attendants alike. By engaging the locking belts with the handrails, a protective cell is formed to provide extra safety and protect passengers.
Importantly, StopSafe can also accommodate powered wheelchairs helping to reduce risk when boarding and alighting passengers.
StopSafe can be retro-fitted to existing Access lifts or included with a new order.
LED Lighting
The PLS high-definition LED warning light helps to make a lift highly visible and is also a handy indicator that the lift is powered and ready for use. It can be modified for different flashing options, including static or flashing mode to increase safety.
LED lights help illuminate the platform area for user and attendant, as well as increasing visibility of the lift and it’s occupants to other road users.
Extending Handrails
Extending handrails are a great option to aid passenger stability when entering and exiting the lift platform.
Available in 3 style:
Throw-In, where the handrail extends towards the rear of the vehicle
Throw-Out, where the handrail extends away from the vehicle
