Your PLS warranty automatically begins from the date the product leaves our factory, but we don’t always know where it ends up so it’s important to register your details so that we have all the information we need to help you in the unlikely event that you experience a problem.

To make the process of registering multiple products for warranty at once a little easier, we’ve created a simple spreadsheet that you can fill in and email to our PLS Assist team, we’ll take it from there.
Once you’ve filled out all the necessary details on the spreadsheet simply email it over to us on plsassist@passengerliftsolutions.com and we’ll log the details on our system.
