That’s why all PLS parts now come packaged with individual labels clearly displaying the PLS logo, “PLS Genuine Parts”, and the unique part number. This new labelling system will allow our parts to be stocked quickly and efficiently, and accessed easily by your service engineers when repairs and maintenance are needed. With the new labels, you can have confidence that every part installed comes directly from PLS.

We kindly ask that you insist your service company use only 100% genuine PLS parts. We want your equipment to operate smoothly and safely for years to come. Using non-PLS parts could unfortunately void warranties or compromise performance and safety down the line. As a leading passenger lift company, we firmly stand behind our products and will honour our warranties when authentic PLS parts are used for repairs and maintenance. Your satisfaction means everything to us, so we appreciate you partnering with us and your service provider to utilise PLS components.
