PLS Appoints Adam Beck as CEO Following Acquisition by Hidral

Passenger Lift Solutions Ltd. has announced the appointment of Adam Beck as Chief Executive Officer. Adam, who previously served as Managing Director of PLS, will lead the business in its next phase of growth following the company’s acquisition by Hidral S.A., a worldwide provider of lifting and accessibility solutions headquartered in Seville, Spain.

Adam has been instrumental in driving the company’s sustained growth, strengthening its operational systems, and building the business into a recognised market leader in the UK accessible vehicle sector. Under his leadership, PLS has earned a strong reputation for well-engineered, reliable products and an exceptional standard of customer service.

Adam Beck said: “This recognition is a direct reflection of the work our team has put in over many years, and particularly the progress we have made in strengthening our systems, improving consistency, and building a business that is both robust and scalable.

“On a personal level, I feel both proud and humbled to lead the UK operations into this next phase. This is an opportunity to combine the strengths of both organisations and set a new benchmark in accessibility solutions, not just in the UK, but across a broader global market. Our focus remains unchanged: delivering reliable, well-engineered products that our customers can depend on – now with greater capability to do even more.”

His appointment as CEO reflects both the confidence of the new ownership group in PLS’s existing leadership, and a clear strategic intent to build upon the foundations that have made the business a strong acquisition for Hidral.

The PLS senior management team remains in place, and the business will continue to operate under the PLS name with the same people, values, products, and customer commitments that have defined the company.
