Largest Platform

Widely regarded as the industry’s workhorse, the PLS Access Lift boasts the largest usable platform of any cassette lift used on a medium-sized vehicle. Our clever cassette design and development of custom mounting brackets for the majority of common vehicles on the market means that the PLS Access Lift cassette takes up the least possible space available under the vehicle. Less cassette means more room for the platform, giving you the biggest and most flexible wheelchair capacity on the market in this category.

Engineered For Life

Every part of the Access Lift has been carefully considered. From the strong powered platform concealed under the vehicle, to the compact and two stage zinc painted box that protects the lift and its mechanisms from the environment when stowed under the vehicle. This means that even in the harshest weather conditions, you can feel sure that the PLS lift will function perfectly.

Moulded Handrails

Our handrails have a core laser-cut high tensile centre structure which is then zinc coated for the highest corrosion protection. The inner frame is then injection moulded with a ‘soft feel’ polymer shell. This process adds a strong and durable finish that’s not only comfortable to the touch, but also provides a high level of grip to ensure it is a safe and secure hold for the user.

High Capacity

The Access Lift has a high weight to lifting capacity ratio. As standard our lift is already capable of a high weight capacity however on request this can be increased to 500Kg making it able to take on all the challenges of the day.

Flexible Pump

Mount the pump where its best, under the vehicle or inside the vehicle. Standing up or on its side. The pump shouldn’t get in the way of making the most of the space you have available and so we have designed our pump to go where you need it not where we think it should go. Manual controls to the pump can still be accessed easily should you need to operate the lift without any electrical power.
