We offer a comprehensive design service that includes concept 2D and 3D CAD, stress analysis, dynamic modelling, renderings, and more. Expert Fabrications and Welding
Precision is our forte. Any type of fabrication can be made, from small hand-held components to huge multi-tonne exhibition rigs. Various welding techniques, including TIG and MIG, are employed alongside a diverse range of materials. Our expertise extends to tube manipulation and bending, as well as frame making, specialising in square or rectangular tube frames and bolt-together structures.

Immaculate Powder Coating & Metal Finishing
Aesthetics matter. Our state-of-the-art powder coating facilities ensure a flawless finish, adding durability and visual appeal to our products. Different colours, textures and coating types are available to meet your specifications. We also offer fused coatings, applying a third layer of powder that bonds to the previous ones. This multi-layer ‘armour’ provides extra protection against scratches, impacts, corrosion and fading while creating a uniform, seamless finish that enhances colour depth.

Velo:
As the principal partner for the McLaren Formula 1 Team, PLS proudly designed and manufactured the impressive Velo Stand. This serves as a testament to our capabilities beyond conventional accessibility solutions.
Truck Mounted Crash Cushion:
PLS made all the top frame sections for a Truck Mounted Crash Cushion built by Multi Vehicle Technology Ltd for King Highway. These vehicles feature rear mounted attenuators which hinge down to protect the lives of personnel engaged in road repairs and maintenance.
Airport Buses Luggage Carts:
PLS demonstrated its metal fabrication skills by producing robust luggage cart frames used on buses for an airport. Constructed from steel, the frames were engineered to withstand heavy daily use and the demands of transporting sizable baggage loads. This project shows our adaptability in various transportation niches beyond accessible vehicles.
