Our sustainable packaging journey continues at PLS as we strive to reduce plastic waste where possible by finding alternative, eco-friendly solutions. With the help of Evolve Packaging, who offers environmentally friendly packaging options, we send out lifts in as sustainable packaging as possible while still ensuring they are delivered in perfect condition.

Specifically, recycled cardboard boxes and recycled tape are now used for packaging lift leaving our manufacturing facility. By eliminating non-recyclable materials in favour of recycled and recyclable alternatives, we dramatically reduce plastic waste and unnecessary packaging from our processes.

Our goal is to eliminate as much single-use plastic as possible from all aspects of lift design, manufacturing, and transport. We are committed to continuous improvement around sustainability without compromising the integrity of our passenger lifts during shipping. 

This effort is part of our wider commitment at Passenger Lift Solutions to operate in an environmentally responsible manner across all aspects of our business. We strive to be leaders when it comes to sustainability in our industry.
