We’re excited to announce the expansion of our PLS Assist aftersales support team with the addition of Millie Firkin as our new Aftersales Coordinator. 

Millie joins us at a pivotal time as we’ve significantly enhanced our PLS Assist program with a number of new valuable features and services tailored to your needs. This includes over-the-phone diagnostics, video consultations with technicians, factory-trained field engineer visits, next-day shipping of genuine PLS OEM parts, certified training programs, dynamic service scheduling, and newly launched factory-managed lift fleet servicing contracts.

Her valuable experience from the RAC call centre, combined with extensive Salesforce CRM expertise, will be instrumental in facilitating and coordinating these expanded offerings. Millie will play a key role in ensuring we deliver an exceptional aftersales support experience. The team will operate from a state-of-the-art monitoring station, dubbed our โ€œmini NASA mission control” displaying real-time metrics and KPIs to ensure efficient and seamless aftersales operations.
